摘要
目的总结小儿脑瘫患者康复护理中实施循证护理干预的效果。方法选取2016年2月—2017年12月在我院接收治疗的96例小儿脑瘫患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各组48例,观察组在康复护理中应用循证护理,对照组采用常规康复护理。结果经过治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率以及护理满意度均高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿脑瘫患者康复护理中应用循证护理干预,能够显著提高治疗效果,并且有利于提高护理满意度。
Objective To summarize the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in rehabilitation nursing of children with cerebral palsy.Methods 96 children with cerebral palsy received in our hospital from February 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,48 cases in each group.The observation group was given evidence-based nursing,and the control group was given the routine rehabilitation nursing.Results After treatment,the total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing intervention in the rehabilitation nursing of children with cerebral palsy can significantly improve the effect of treatment and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
