空区探测及3D建模技术在采矿损失贫化核算中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对焦家金矿深部矿体上向水平进路充填采矿法二步骤矿柱回采降低采矿损失贫化的问题,采用VS150空区扫描系统对矿房回采后形成的空区进行精细化探测,将其结果导入3Dmine软件中生成三维模型实体。通过对模型切割水平剖面和垂直剖面,定量分析采场超、欠挖情况,计算得出矿石贫化率为5. 1%,采矿损失率为6. 8%;同时,通过垂直剖面中的矿柱轮廓,为下一步矿柱回采时炮孔精细化设计提供详细依据,从而达到降低采矿损失贫化的目的。对类似矿山二步骤矿柱回采降低采矿损失贫化具有一定的参考价值。 In order to reduce loss and dilution of ore bodies in the Jiaojia Gold Mine by two-step ore pillar extraction with upward horizontal approach and filling mining method,VS150 goaf scanning system is used to detect the goaf formed after ore room stoping,and the results are imported into 3Dmine software to generate three-dimensional model.The model is cut through horizontal section and the vertical section,the quantitative analysis of the over and under excavation in the stope is conducted,and the ore dilution rate is calculated to be 5.1%and the mining loss rate 6.8%;At the same time,the profile of the pillar in the vertical section can provide detailed basis for fine design of the blast holes in the next stage of mining,so as to achieve the goal of reducing the ore dilution and mining loss.This method has certain reference value for two-step ore pillar extraction to reduce the mining loss and dilution in similar mines.
