针对残障人士的信息无障碍影响因素研究

A Study on the Factors Influencing Information Accessibility for the Disables

残障人士因身体机能弱势,在信息的获取和使用过程中存在着障碍,正被飞速发展的信息社会边缘化。从公平视域来看,国家应尽力为他们提供无障碍的信息环境,帮助其融入信息社会。为此应结合实地调研和访谈,全方位提炼出残障人士信息无障碍的影响因素,从个性特征、生理条件、社会关怀、网络稳定性等方面构架残障人士信息无障碍通道,以期为信息无障碍程度的测评和分析提供理论基础和实证参考,推进信息无障碍的建设,帮助残障人士更好地实现自我价值和社会价值。

Due to the vulnerable situation caused by their physical conditions,people with disabilities are being marginalized in the age of informatization,having obstacles in accessing and making use of information.To build a fair society,the accessibility of information for the disables should be improved so as to help them survive in this information era.Through field study and survey of disabled individuals,this paper distills the factors affecting information accessibility in full scale,exploring aspects including personality attributes,physical conditions,social concerns,network stability and so on.We propose the measurement indexes of those possible variables,build and demonstrate the Model of Factors Affecting Information Accessibility for the Disables.This result will add values to measuring and analyzing the degrees of information accessibility,enhance its development,and help people with disabilities realize their personal and social values.
