黑龙江省冰雪体育大众参与的制约因素及对策

Restrictions and Countermeasures on Public Participation of Ice-Snow Sports in Heilongjiang Province

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对黑龙江省冰雪体育大众参与的制约因素及对策进行研究。研究认为:当前黑龙江省冰雪体育大众参与面临冰雪体育价值观差异、受传统的生活方式影响、冰雪体育宣传报道不足、冰雪体育资源稀缺、冰雪体育教化缺失、冰雪体育开发定位不清等制约因素。建议:树立正确的价值观念,改善社会公众体育生活方式,构建多元化传播路径,促进冰雪体育开发、开放与融合,扎实推进冰雪体育教化与传承,挖掘冰雪体育文化品牌等。

Using literature reviews,logical analysis and other research methods,this paper studies the restrictions and countermeasures on the participation of ice-snow sports in Heilongjiang province.The study believes that the current public participation in Heilongjiang Province's ice and snow sports meets problems in terms of these following situation:The participation is influenced by the value differences,traditional lifestyles,the lack of propaganda on ice and snow sports,the inadequate ice and snow resources and education,and the unclear positioning of ice and snow sports development,etc.The suggestions are listed below:Establish correct values,advacate to change the lifestyles of public,build diversified transmission route,promote on its development,opening,and integration,advocate ice and snow sports'education and inheritance,and excavating the cultural brand.
