我国学校体育场地建设的问题与模式选择

Current Problems and Mode Selection on School Sports Fields Construction in China

采用文献资料法,对"五普"以来我国学校体育场地建设存在的问题和模式选择进行研究。结果表明:我国学校体育场地建设存在人均体育场地面积不足、体育场地分布不均、场地类型相对单一、场地利用率不高、重点项目体育场地建设不足、场地建设投资形式单一和场地建设品质有待提高等问题。在借鉴国外学校体育场地建设与发展有益经验的基础上,提出"校营校治、高度自治"模式、"校建官助、民营民治"模式和"官办官营、政府帮扶"模式,以促进我国学校体育场地建设与发展。

Based on literature reviews,this paper studies the current problems and solution paths on school sports fields construction in China since the fifth National Sports Venue Census.The results show that theper capita construction area of sports fields was insufficient,the distribution of the sports fields was uneven,the types of sports fields was relatively single,the utilization rate of sports fields was lower,the key project sports fields was in seriously shortage,the investment form of sports fields was not diversified and the constructional quality of sports fields was not good and so on.Based on learning useful experience for school sports construction in foreign countries,some recommendations were made to promote the construction of school sports fields in China,such as school management and autonomic mode,school building official assistance and private lease model and government building and government assistance model.By doing so,people could promotethe development of school sports fields construction in China.
