上海市黑臭水体治理实践与长效管理对策

Governance Practices and Long-term Management Countermeasures of Black and Odorous Water in Shanghai City

中小河道黑臭问题是目前上海市水环境治理的短板。该文介绍了国内外黑臭水体的评价方法,将上海市评价方法与住建部评价方法进行了对比分析,并梳理回顾了上海市自苏州河综合整治以来的黑臭水体治理历程,提出了黑臭水体长效管理的对策建议。

Black and odorous water in medium and small rivers has become the short board of Shanghai's water environment governance at present.Evaluation methods of black and odorous water at home and abroad were introduced,and the evaluation method of Shanghai was compared with that of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.The process of black and odorous water treatment in Shanghai since the comprehensive improvement of Suzhou River was reviewed.The countermeasures and suggestions for the long-term management of black and odorous water were put forward.
