摘要
在全光照间歇喷雾条件下,研究不同轻基质对檫树扦插的生根时间、生根率和感染病菌率的影响。结果表明:在全光照间歇喷雾条件下,不同轻基质对檫树扦插的生根时间、生根率和感染病菌率均存在极显著差异,表明不同轻基质对檫树扦插生根时间、生根率和感染病菌率影响显著;最有利檫树扦插成活的轻基质配方是泥碳土∶椰糠∶黄心土为3∶3∶4。
The rooting time,rooting rate and infective bacterial rate of Alnus cremastogyne cuttings were studied by different light substrates under intermittent light spray conditions.The results show:Under the condition of full-light intermittent spraying,there were extremely significant differences in the rooting time,rooting rate,and infective rate of alfalfa wood cuttings with different light substrates.The results showed that different light substrates had a significant effect on rooting time,rooting rate and infection rate of Alnus cremastogyne cuttings.The most favorable for wood cuttings is 3 clay soil∶3 coconut grass∶4 red soil).
