Climate Characteristics and its Impact Assessment in Heze City in 2017

对菏泽市2017年全年的气候特征和气候事件进行分析,结果表明:2017年菏泽市平均气温为15.5℃,较常年(14.0℃)偏高1.5℃;平均年降水量为610.0mm,较常年(649.9mm)偏少6.1%;平均年日照时数为2210.0h,较常年(2155.8h)偏多54.2h。年初雾和霾频繁,空气污染严重;5月下旬连续高温,出现干热风;春末夏初风雹频发,部分地区小麦倒伏;7月暴雨频发,部分农田被淹;8月台风"海棠"带来强降水,利大于弊;10月上中旬阴雨寡照,影响秋收秋种;年末降水持续偏少,部分县区农田出现旱情。综合评价全年气象条件总体属于一般偏好年景。

The climatic characteristics and climatic events in Heze in 2017 are analyzed in this paper.The results show that in 2017,the average temperature in Heze was 15.5 degrees centigrade,1.5 degrees centigrade higher than that of normal year(14),the average annual precipitation in Heze was 610 mm,less than 6.1%of the year(649.9 mm),and the average sunshine time of Heze was 2210 hours,and more than 54.2 hours(2155.8 hours).At the beginning of the year,the fog and haze were frequent and the air pollution was serious;in late May,the high temperature in late May,the dry hot wind,the frequent hail in the early spring and the early summer,the wheat lodging in some areas,the frequent rainstorm in July,the flood of some farmland;the typhoon"Begonia"brought strong precipitation in August,and the advantages were greater than the disadvantages;in the middle of October,the autumn harvest and autumn are affected by the cloudy rain and the autumn harvest;the end of the year descends.The water is running low,and some counties have drought.The annual meteorological conditions generally belong to the general preference year.
