摘要
当前随着高等教育改革的不断深化,对于应用技术型高校在专业的实践教学越来越重视,实践教学体系的构建对于学生专业目标培养起着至关重要的作用。该文主要从应用技术型高校食品质量与安全专业实践教学体系的构建设计、构建框架、实践基地建设、实践教学保障体系等方面,探讨了促进转变传统的专业实践教学理念,强化实践教学,优化实践教学内容与教学方法,建立深度合作的校企合作关系,从而实现应用型高校人才培养目标。
With the deepening of the current higher education reform,more and more emphasis is placed on the application of technology colleges in professional practice teaching.The construction of practical teaching system plays a crucial role in the cultivation of students'professional goals.The article mainly discusses how to promote the transformation of traditional professional practice teaching concepts,strengthen practical teaching,and optimize practical teaching,from the aspects of construction design,construction framework,practice base construction,practical teaching security system,etc.,in practical teaching systems of applied food quality and safety.Content and teaching methods,establish a deep cooperation between school and enterprise,so as to achieve the goal of talent training in applied universities.
