对于现代企业来说产业联盟是实现创新的重要方式,通过联盟企业可以实现资源共享、风险共担以及持续提高产业创新能力。然而在产业联盟组建的过程中合作伙伴的选择会对产业联盟的建立和发展产生巨大影响。由于联盟合作伙伴之间兼容性不高,信任不足,交流不畅,资源的互补性不高以及参与主体缺乏积极性和主动性等问题,严重影响了产业联盟的协同运行,导致企业间进行合作创新的成功率不高。因此,组建产业联盟,科学、合理地选择合作伙伴实现创新至关重要。在全面评估企业基本的硬性和软性条件、企业的运营状态以及企业文化等基础上,应选择拥有互补性资源、具有良好契约精神、信任度高以及实力相当的企业作为其合作伙伴。

For modern enterprises,industrial alliance is an important way to achieve innovation,through which enterprises can realize resource sharing,risk sharing and continuously improve industrial innovation capability.However,in the process of forming industrial alliances,the choice of partners will have a great impact on the establishment and development of industrial alliances.Due to the incompatibility between the alliance partners,lack of trust,poor communication,low complementary of resources and the lack of enthusiasm and initiative of the participants,the cooperative operation of the industrial alliance is seriously affected,resulting in a low success rate of cooperative innovation among enterprises.Therefore,it is very important to set up industrial alliances and select partners scientifically and rationally.On the basis of comprehensive evaluation of the basic hard and soft conditions of the enterprise,the operation status of the enterprise and the enterprise culture,such partners should be selected,who possesses complementary resources,good contractual spirit,high trust and comparable strength.
