摘要
综述了聚氨酯在体育防护用品上的应用。介绍了作为减震材料的聚氨酯基智能柔性弹性体的制备方法、应用于现代化运动场的聚氨酯铺地材料的制备方法、聚氨酯防护头盔的制备工艺,以及高回弹低压缩聚氨酯鞋底料,双密度聚氨酯鞋底料的制备方法,最后介绍了用于生产运动衣、游泳衣等防水透湿快干透气聚氨酯面料的制备方法。聚氨酯广泛应用在体育用品上,可以起到防护作用。
This paper reviews the application of polyurethane(PU)in sport-guard textiles.It introduces the preparation of PU-based smart flexible elastomer as shock absorber,PU flooring materials for modern stadium,PU helmet,PU shoe sole components in high resilience and low compression,and PU shoe sole components with dual density,as well as breathable,waterproof,and quick drying PU fabrics for sport and swimming suits.PU has been widely used in sporting goods for protection.
