PAR激活在哮喘发生中作用机制的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 气道炎症是哮喘最基础的病理改变,在哮喘发病过程中具有至关重要的作用。蛋白酶激活受体(PAR)属于G蛋白偶联受体家族成员,被凝血酶、组织因子等激活后,通过G蛋白偶联系统活化PKC等一系列信号转导通路,产生各种细胞因子和炎性介质,继而介导炎症反应。PAR激活后通过促进多种炎性介质和细胞因子释放,加重哮喘患者气道炎症反应。如果促炎因子长期持续存在,可导致平滑肌细胞增殖、细胞外基质沉积,最终出现气道重塑,继而影响肺功能。因此,PAR激活与哮喘发生、发展密切相关。
