摘要
文章在对500 k W IGBT并联谐振感应加热电源所采用的直流调功和逆变调功进行分析的基础上,利用Simulink软件建立闭环整流调功控制系统仿真模型和整流器控制框图,分析了相控整流的调功方式及过程,通过仿真、分析,验证了所设计的相控整流调功控制系统的正确性和有效性。
The DC and AC power regulation of 500 kW IGBT parallel resonant induction heating power supply had been researched in detail in this paper.On the basis of analysis,the simulation model and rectifier control block diagram of closed loop rectifier power regulation system were established with Simulink software.Meanwhile,the power regulation mode and process of phase controlled rectifier are analyzed systematically,and the correctness and validity of this phase controlled rectifier power regulation system were verified.
