建筑数字样机在装配式建筑中的应用构想

Application conception of building digital prototype in assembly architecture

我国在20世纪50年代就提出建筑工业化的问题,借鉴前苏联的经验,开始在全国建筑业推行标准化、工厂化、机械化,发展预制构件和预制装配建筑;1995年,建设部发布了《建筑工业化发展纲要》;2013年,国务院办公厅以2013年1号文的形式,转发了发改委、住建部《绿色建筑行动方案》,文件重点要求充分认识开展绿色建筑行动,并将"推动建筑工业化"列为十大重要任务之一。目前我国在建筑工业化发展方面,通过制定相关政策,建立国家住宅产业化示范基地引导建筑工业化的发展,大力推行装配式建筑。基于此,文章研究了建筑数字样机在装配式建筑中的应用构想。

In the 1950s,our country put forward the problem of building industrialization,drew lessons from the experience of the former Soviet Union,began to carry out standardization,factorization,mechanization,to develop prefabricated components and prefabricated assembly buildings in the construction industry.In 1995,the Ministry of Construction issued the“outline for the development of building industrialization”.In 2013,the General Office of the State Council forwarded the National Development and Reform Commission,the Ministry of Housing and Construction,the Green Building Action Plan,in the form of text No.1 of 2013.And listed“promote construction industrialization”as one of the ten important tasks.At present,in the development of construction industrialization in China,through the establishment of relevant policies,the establishment of national housing industrialization demonstration base to guide the development of building industrialization,vigorously promote prefabricated buildings.Therefore,this paper studies the application conception of building digital prototype in assembly architecture.
