摘要
研究一种新型混合励磁直线电动机,采用模块化结构,使用混合励磁的方式。励磁磁场由永磁体与直流励磁绕组共同产生,通过改变直流励磁电流的大小和方向来调节气隙磁场,实现对电机磁场弱磁与增磁控制。该直线电动机可作为城市轨道交通驱动电机使用,适用在长定子等场合。通过有限元分析软件,对该电动机的工作原理及电磁性能进行研究,验证了设计的合理性。
A new hybrid excitation linear motor(HELM)was analyzed.The proposed motor has the modular structure.The excitation magnetic field was excited by permanent magnet and DC field windings,the air gap flux density can be regulated by changing the magnitude and direction of the DC excitation current,so the proposed motor has field-regulation ability.The proposed motor can be used as the driving motor of urban rail transit,and is suitable for long stator.The finite element analysis software was used to analyze its working principle and electromagnetic performance,which verifies the rationality of the proposed motor.
