摘要
为满足无人机系统对高可靠性舵控系统的需求,详细分析了双余度电机和容错电机的绕组配置结构,研究了容错双余度电机绕线配置结构,并对其驱动电路进行了深入研究;对电机及其驱动电路的故障种类、现象、检测和隔离方法进行了分析与试验。试验结果表明了该设计的正确性,满足舵控系统的需求。
To meet the demand of high-reliability servo systerm for UAV systerm,the winding configuration of dual-redundancy motor and fault-tolerant motor was analyzed in detail,the fault tolerant dual-redundancy motor winding configuration structure was studied and in-depth research of its driving circuit was implemented.Analysis and test of fault types,phenomena,detectionand isolation methods of the motor and its circuit were performed.The test results show the correctness of the design and meet the needs of servo system.
