摘要
以汽车零配件为研究对象,结合挤压铸造工艺规划知识研究基于知识的汽车零配件挤压铸造CAPP系统设计与实施的关键技术。介绍基于知识的辅助工艺系统框架,进一步探讨CAPP系统中工艺知识库的建立、知识的表示与映射以及推理策略和运行机制。并通过基于特征对象的建模方法论述CAPP系统的实施。最后以发动机壳体作为实例对象解析挤压铸造CAPP的应用系统工作和实施流程和方法。整个CAPP系统集成了挤压铸造知识并通过内在推理策略智能化生成工艺,实现了汽车零配件挤压铸造的自动化和数字化,大大缩短了工艺规划的时间。它可以解决传统人工方式效率低下、难以保证正确率和信息不便于共享的问题。
The key technology of design and implementation of CAPP system for extrusion casting of automobile parts based on knowledge was studied by using auto parts as the research object and extrusion casting process planning knowledge.The framework of the auxiliary process planning system based on knowledge was introduced.Then the establishment of the knowledge base of CAPP system,the representation and mapping of knowledge,the reasoning strategy and the running mechanism were discussed further.The implementation of CAPP system was discussed based on the modeling method of feature object.Finally,the implementation process and method of the CAPP were analyzed with the engine shell as the example.In the whole CAPP system,the knowledge of extrusion casting and the intelligent generation process through the internal reasoning strategy were integrated.The automation and digitization of the extrusion casting of automobile parts were realized,greatly shortening the time of process planning.It can solve the problems of inefficient,difficult to guarantee the correct rate and information is not easy to share in traditional manual way.
