摘要
故障树模型分析法是安全人机系统中一个重要分析方法,结合现有灯体热加工机械的研究和使用现状,建立灯体热加工机械的故障树模型,定量计算该类设备发生人机事故的概率,提出事故的预防措施。最后,总结故障树模型分析法在灯体热加工机械人机工程设计应用中的优点。
Fault tree model(FTM)analysis is an important method for safety ergonomics.Combining with the research and appli-cation of the lamp-body hot-working machine at present,and then,setting up the FTM of it,quantitative calculating the probability of man-machine accidents,accident prevention measures were proposed.Finally,the advantages of FTM analysis in the ergonomic design of lamp-body hot-working machine are summarized.
