摘要
锂亚硫酰氯电池ER14250具有比能量高、使用寿命长等优点,广泛应用于智能电能表中。其作为记忆备份和时钟电源,工作电流通常在5~20 m A。电池电量保持研究对智能电能表的正常使用和后期失效故障分析具有重要意义。以电化学反应基础为依据,测量不同放电深度脉冲电压的变化值,通过数据模拟,建立了脉冲电压与剩余电量的数学模型,从而判断电池剩余电量。
As the advantages of high specific energy and long using life of lithium/thionyl chloride battery ER14250,it has been used in electricity meters.Generally,as a memory backup power and clock,which the working current is from 5 to 20滋A,it is important to study on capacity retention in smart electricity and later failure analysis.In this paper,based on the principle of electrochemic reaction,it is measured the pulse voltage value in the different change of discharge depth and established the mathematical model of pulse voltage and capacity by data simulation,which could be used to determine the battery capacity retention.
