新生儿耳聋基因筛查未通过者的电话随访适宜时间调查

A Preliminary Study on the Telephone Follow-up Time of Newborn Referring the Deafness Gene Screening

目的通过电话调查新生儿耳聋基因筛查未通过者的监护人,探讨随访的适宜时间。方法选取2015年3月至9月期间在北京出生、耳聋基因筛查未通过的473例新生儿,对其监护人进行电话随访,时间分别在工作日(A组,302例)和非工作日(B组,171例)的上午(10:00~11:00)、下午(15:00~16:00)和晚上(19:30~20:30)的三个时间段。对不同时间和不同月龄组(6月龄组203例、9月龄组111例、12月龄组159例)的随访结果(配合随访、不配合随访、失访)进行统计学分析。结果 473例中,完成随访424例(89.64%,424/473),失访49例(10.36%,49/473)。随访的424例中,配合随访362例(85.4%),不配合随访62例(14.6%)。各组不同时间配合率由高到低为:A组的下午、上午、晚上依次为89.0%、87.5%、75.8%,A组下午的配合度较晚上高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.016,P<0.05);B组的上午、晚上、下午依次为90.2%、86.7%、86.5%,差异无统计学意义(P=0.833,P>0.017)。A组下午的配合度高于B组,而上午和晚上的配合度均低于B组同时间段。不同月龄儿童监护人配合率由高到低为6月龄(89.5%)、12月龄(84.4%)、9月龄(78.6%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.041,P<0.05)。结论工作日下午或非工作日上午更适合对新生儿耳聋基因筛查未通过者进行电话随访,6月龄时随访效果最佳。

Objective To study the appropriate time of telephone follow-up for the guardians of newborns who failed to pass the deafness gene screening.Methods 473 newborns were enrolled in Beijing from March 2015 to September 2015 who were referred for the deafness gene screening.The telephone follow-ups were conducted on weekdays(302 newborns)and weekends(171 newborns)at three different periods of time--10am to 11am,3pm to 4pm and 7:30pm to 8:30pm,to collect data including random period and random age groups of infants.All the data are to be analyzed statistically.Results 424 subjects were available and 49 were not among 473 in all.362 of 424 were effectively collected,a valid rate of 85.4%.For Group A:the children's guardians cooperated on the weekday afternoons,mornings and evenings with the rate of 89.0%,87.5%and 75.8%,respectively.For Group B:the children's guardians cooperated on the weekend mornings,and evenings and afternoons with the rate of 90.2%,86.7%and 86.5%,respectively.The six-months-old children's guardians cooperated at a rate of 89.5%,the nine-months-old children's guardians at a rate of 78.6%,and the twelve-months-old children's guardians at a rate of 84.4%.Conclusion It is appropriate for the children's guardians to conduct the telephone follow-ups in the afternoons on weekdays and in the mornings on weekends.The most effective data can be collected when the infants are aged at 6 months.
