摘要
高校立身之本在于立德树人。研究生导师作为研究生培养的第一责任人,肩负着研究生教育立德树人的首要责任。研究生导师在履行育人职责的过程中需要突破三重瓶颈:一是挑战要求日新月异与能力提升举步维艰的矛盾冲突,二是育德艰涩且潜隐与育才速效且外显之间的矛盾冲突,三是教育对象自主成长与立德树人规范引领的矛盾冲突。
Fostering virtue through education is the basis of running a university.Postgraduate supervisors,regarded as the first person for postgraduate cultivation,shoulder the primary responsibility of fostering virtue through education.They need to break through three bottlenecks in the process of fulfilling their responsibilities.Respectively they are the conflict between the rapid changes of challenges and the rigid requirements for ability improvement,the conflict between the intricate and obscure effect of fostering virtue and the quick and explicit effect of knowledge training,and the conflict between the independent growth of the postgraduates and the normative guidance in fostering virtue through education.
