摘要
目的:探究管理者视角下国内医学新技术转化及临床应用的现状。方法:采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,对上海市、福建省及四川省6个市(区)19所医院的103名医院医务科、设备科、器械科、药剂科、科教科管理人员对医院引进医学新技术的认知态度及外部利益相关者进行调查,并通过描述性分析与重要象限推导模型进行分析。结果:88.3%的医院管理者对医院引进新技术持支持态度,认为新技术的引进促进了医院的发展,引进新技术过程中考量的因素主要为技术的效果及对医院知名度的影响,绝大部分的利益相关人员为"事不关己型"与"逐利推动型"。结论:医院管理者对新技术的引进大部分持积极态度,卫生技术评估的相关理念融入了医院管理者新技术引进过程,针对不同利益相关者的问题,应建立并强化医学新技术"事中"与"事后"监管机制,确保具有成本效果、安全有效的新技术的临床使用。
Objectives:To systematically assess the current status of new health technology translation and adoption from the perspective of hospital administrators.Methods:In this study,the multidimensional stratified random sampling method was used to select the participants in hospital medical department,equipment department,equipment department,pharmacy department and scientific education department of 103 hospitals in six cities of Shanghai,Fujian and Sichuan provinces.And then descriptive analysis and important quadrant model were used to describe the status of new technology translation and adoption.Results:88.3%of the hospital administrators support the introduction of new technologies and believe that the introduction of new technologies to promote the development of the hospital.Technology effectiveness and the effect to hospital visibility were the main factors taking into consideration in the introduction of new technology.The vast majority of stakeholders were"nothing"and"profitdriven".Conclusions:Most of the hospital administrators support.And the concept of health technology assessment has stepped into the new technology introduction process.Regarding different stakeholders,establish and strengthen a set of regulatory mechanism to ensure that cost-effective,safe and effective clinical adoption of new technologies.
