多媒介融合框架下医院党务工作新模式探讨

现有基层党组织的工作模式存在管理方式落后、管理架构不合理、管理范畴狭隘等主要问题,已经无法满足新形势下党中央对基层党组织的要求。在充分调研上海市三甲医院党务工作媒介平台建设情况的基础上,结合党务工作特性、用户偏好、媒介属性偏好等,探讨构建医院党务工作的多媒介融合发展模式。

Now the operation mode of the grass-roots party organizations exist such as problems,that the management way is behind,management structure is unreasonable,management category is narrow.It’s unable to meet the requirement under the new situation of the CPC central committee of party organizations at the grass-roots level.The paper aims at exploring multiple media fusion model of hospital’s party affairs,based on researching the party work media platform construction situation,Party operating characteristics,user preferences and media attribute preference.
