医院是一个知识密集型组织,知识的利用、积累和创新对医院的生存和发展有着重要意义。医院知识管理及应用对基础医学、临床医疗和科研领域都具有非常重要的作用。医院知识服务流程从医院信息系统出发,结合内外部知识,利用先进信息技术,对数据进行分析、处理,发现知识,形成知识,评价知识,并用于临床,服务于患者。知识产品提高了医院临床效率与效果,提升了患者对医院的满意度。
The hospital is a knowledge-intensive organization.The utilization,accumulation and innovation of knowledge are of great significance to the survival and development of the hospital.Hospital knowledge management and application are very important to basic medicine,clinical medicine and the research field.Hospital knowledge service process is based on hospital information system,combined with the internal and external knowledge and advanced information technology,knowledge are found and assessed as to serving for clinical care and patient by data analysis.The knowledge product improves the clinical efficiency and effectiveness and promotes patient's satisfaction.
