摘要
东南大学医学院附属盐城医院在既有综合目标管理方案的基础上,将内审机制融入到综合目标管理中,结合《江苏省三级综合医院评审标准实施细则(2012年版)》,制定并不断完善职能部门及临床医技科室的综合目标考核细则。医院内审组运用追踪方法学模拟第三方对行政职能部门和临床医技科室的工作进行内审,内审成绩纳入综合目标管理考核体系,扫除了对职能部门工作监管的盲区,提高了综合目标管理成效。
The"Comprehensive Target Assessment Rules"for functional,clinical and technical departments were revised according to the"General Rules and Regulations for Evaluation of General Hospital of Jiangsu Province(2012 Edition)".Based on this,internal audit team designed internal audit follow-up cases and simulated the third party conducts internal audit on the work of functional,clinical and technical departments.By tracing methodology,internal audit team carried internal audit in functional department,clinical and medical technology department and the results were involved in comprehensive target management to remove the blind spot of functional work monitoring and improve comprehensive target management effectiveness.
