摘要
针对目前工程教育实践教学中存在的问题,提出了基于OBE理念的工程教育实践教学创新途径和设计方法,从提升实践教学理念内涵、构建递进式实践教学体系、培养学生创新素质、设计多元化考核评价机制、打造一流师资队伍等方面进行了深入分析;并将学生的目标能力指标有机地导入实践教学体系中,真正实现学生创新能力的培养和提升。
Aiming at the problems existing in the practice teaching of university engineering education,this paper proposes an innovative approach of engineering education practice teaching based on the outcomes based education teaching concept.An in-depth analysis has been carried out from improving the connotation of practical teaching philosophy,constructing a progressive practice teaching system,cultivating students'innovative qualities,and creating a first-class teacher team.Additionally,based on the engineering education professional certification standard,the students,target ability indicators are organically introduced into the practical teaching system in order to truly train and enhance students'innovative ability.
