基于产出导向的课程教学模式设计

本科人才培养质量的关键在于课堂,传统课程教学模式在一定程度上优化改进了课堂教学,促进了人才培养质量的提升,但依然是以教师为中心,以学科为导向,局限于学生知识的掌握和累积。基于产出导向的教学模式清晰地聚焦学生的预期学习成果,突出了以学生为中心、以产出为导向、和持续反思改进的教育理念,教师在课程教学目标、教学单元、教学策略、教学评价、教学改进方面应紧紧围绕预期学习成果达成,构建课程教学设计的闭环,以不断提升学生的知识、能力和素质。
