高职院校辅导员队伍建设问题研究

高职院校承担着立德树人的重要使命,必须加强意识形态工作。高职院校辅导员是意识形态工作的主力军,是学生思想政治教育工作的组织者、实施者,也是高等职业教育四项职能的重要实践者。对高职辅导员的职业特征、工作特点和心理需求特点进行分析研究,有利于高职院校针对性地开展辅导员队伍建设工作,从而有效提升高职院校人才培养质量。

Higher vocational colleges undertake the important mission of moral education,and we must strengthen ideological work.The counselor of higher vocational college is the main force of ideological work,the organizers and implementers of the ideological and political education of students,and also an important practitioner of the four functions of higher vocational education.The analysis of the professional characteristics,job characteristics and psychological needs of higher vocational counselors is conducive to the development of counselor team construction in higher vocational colleges,so as to effectively improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.
