在强调思想政治工作对高校发展重要性的背景下,要求辅导员思想政治教育工作的方法精准、措施精到、效果精彩,并成为高职院校最紧迫的事务之一。现阶段高职辅导员队伍建设中存在的问题表现为思想政治工作的重要性和辅导员工作岗位吸引力之间的矛盾,思想政治工作的难度日益提高和辅导员队伍能力水平较低之间的矛盾,思想政治工作的工作量日益加大和辅导员思想政治工作时间投人之间的矛盾等。进而提出加强辅导员建设,改善硬、软工作环境,规范和完善选聘机制,构建长效性培训机制强化辅导员队伍专业化水平。

under the background of emphasizing the importance of ideological and political work to the development of colleges and universities,it is required that the counselor's ideological and political education work be precise,precise and effective,and become one of the most urgent affairs in higher vocational colleges.At present,the problems existing in the construction of counselors in higher vocational colleges are the contradiction between the importance of ideological and political work and the attractiveness of the counselor's job,the increasing difficulty of ideological and political work,and the contradiction between the low level of the counselor'steamability.Theincreasingworkloadofideologicalandpoliticalworkandthecontradiction between counselors'ideological and political work hours.Then the author proposes to strengthen the construction of counselors,improve the hard and soft working environment,standardize and perfect the selection and employment mechanism,and build a long-term training mechanismto strengthen the specialization level of counselors.
