摘要
本文回顾并分析了马蹄焰玻璃池炉固态燃料燃烧技术的现状以及存在的技术问题,对比了马蹄焰玻璃池窑采用纯氧——气体燃料燃烧与纯氧——固体燃料燃烧不同特点,分析了纯氧——固体燃料助燃技术在马蹄焰玻璃池炉的优势和潜在的问题。通过模拟计算纯氧——固体燃料燃烧技术在马蹄焰玻璃池炉的应用,对玻璃质量、经济性以及环境保护等方面存在的问题提出了解决对策;在燃烧案例中,讨论了纯氧——固体燃料燃烧技术在马蹄焰玻璃池炉的应用情况;明确了继续优化纯氧——固体燃料燃烧技术在马蹄焰玻璃池炉应用的方向。
The present paper reviews the technology of air fu?el combustion using in end fire glass furnace,about existing tech?nology and the disadvantages need to be improved;gives analyze about the comparing of oxygen gas&oxygen solid-fuel boosting combustion used at end fire glass furnace.Using calculation&sim?ulation getting the modified proposal for oxygen solid-fuel boost?ing combustion used at hot spot of end fire glass furnace.Prelimi?nary evaluation is given about glass quality,economical and cir?cumstance efficient,provides a solution for oxygen solid-fuel boosting combustion using in this area.The proposal about what to be improved in the future was given after studied living exam?ple of this technology.
