摘要
本文以液位控制系统的压力容器储罐作为研究对象,储罐的液位为被控制量,使用智能仪表进行控制,根据定值系统对控制的要求,通过自控原理来学习PID控制的算法,形成有关液位的单回路控制系统,并对相关的PID参数进行整定,对压力容器设备液位控制系统进行优化,使其稳定运行。PID控制算法是最通用的控制策略,在工业过程控制中95%以上的控制回路采用PID结构。
based on the tank liquid level control system of the pressure vessel as the research object,the tank liquid level to be controlled,the use of intelligent instrument for control,according to the requirements of fixed value system to control and learning algorithm of PID control through automatic control principle,form the level of single loop control system,and the PID parameters setting of relevant,optimize the pressure vessel equipment level control system,make its stable operation.PID control algorithm is the most common control strategy,more than 95%of the control circuits in industrial process control adopt PID structure.
