摘要
蝇蛆抗菌肽是蝇蛆免疫后存在于血淋巴中的一种活性肽,有非特异性抗细菌、真菌、病毒、肿瘤细胞等生物学功能。本文对近年来已发现的蝇蛆抗菌肽的种类、生物学功能、诱导与分离纯化及其在动物生产中的应用进行综述。
Antimicrobial peptides(AM Ps)of maggot larvae are a class of active peptides that exist in the hemolymph produced by the immune system after immuned.They possess non-specific inhibition activity against bacteria,virus,fungi,tumor c e lls,and other biological functions.In this paper’the types ov antimicrobial peptides of maggot larvae found in resent years’their biological functions,induction,isolation and purification,and its applications in animal production were summarized.
