摘要
【目的】筛选烤烟烘烤特性评价指标并对其进行综合评价。【方法】以K326、粤烟97、岩烟97、华烟06、华烟12、韶烟1号等6个烤烟品种(系)的中部烟叶,在南方三段式烘烤工艺下,采用相关分析、主成分分析和逐步回归分析方法,考察与烘烤特性相关的农艺性状、生理生化指标及产质量指标。【结果】烘烤指数与鲜烟自由水︰束缚水、叶绿素平均降解速率、前48 h叶绿素降解速率和前48 h类胡萝卜素降解速率呈极显著正相关;烘烤指数与鲜烟含水量和鲜干比呈显著正相关。【结论】叶绿素平均降解速率和前48 h类胡萝卜素降解速率是评价烟叶烘烤特性的关键指标,鲜烟含水量、鲜干比、前48 h叶绿素降解速率可作为评价烟叶烘烤特性的有效指标。
【Objective】To conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the flue curing characteristics of flue-cured tobacco,classify the flue curing characteristics and screen the accessing traits of flue curing characteristics.【Method】This study adopts six varieties of flue-cured tobacco which includes K326,Yueyan 97,Yanyan 97,Huayan 12,Huayan 06 and Shaoyan 1 as the experimental materials.It,under the southern three-stage flue curing process,uses Correlation Analysis,Principal Component analysis and Stepwise Regression Analysis to investigate the agronomic traits,physiological and biochemical indexes and yield and quality indexes related to the flue curing characteristics.【Result】There is a highly significant positive correlation between the curing coefficients and the ratio of free water to bound water,the average rate of chlorophyll degradation,the rate of chlorophyll degradation in the first 48 hours and the rate of carotenoids degradation in the first 48 hours.A significant positive correlation exists between the flue curing index and fresh water content and fresh dry ratio of fresh tobacco leaves.【Conclusion】The average rate of chlorophyll degradation and the rate of carotenoids degradation in the first 48 hours are effective indexes to evaluate the curing characteristics of tobacco leaves,besides,the ratio of free water to bound water could be used as a reference index to evaluate the flue curing characteristics of tobacco leaves.
