排气道抗柔性冲击性能试验影响因素研究

Study on the Influence Factors of the Test on the Resistance of the Exhaust Duct

抗柔性冲击性能是排气道的一个重要性能指标,检测方法标准对检测过程的描述不够明确。通过对排气道抗柔性冲击检测中沙袋底部弧高、试件放置水平情况、冲击位置和破坏位置的判定等影响因素进行理论分析与试验研究,明确提出了各因素对检测结果的影响。

The flexible impact resistance is an important performance index of the exhaust duct.The standard of test method does not describe the detection process clearly enough.This paper conducts theoretical analysis and experimental research on the influencing factors,which includes the sandbag bottom arc height,the sample placed horizontally or not,determination of impact position and damage position during the detection of the exhaust duct.The impact of various factors on the test results are proposed clearly.
