某型柴油机润滑油磨粒定量分析实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 在某型船用柴油机400 h可靠性试验过程中,综合运用铁量仪、磁力法、油料原子发射光谱仪对试验各阶段油样磨损颗粒进行定量检测。试验进行约360 h时,发现润滑油中磨粒含量明显增加,判断柴油机发生了异常磨损。及时将柴油机停机,进行拆机检修,发现轴承等部件磨损严重,验证了油液分析结果。分析对比了上述磨粒检测方法的特点,给出了切实可行的磨粒监测建议。 During the 400 h reliability test of a marine diesel engine,the ferromagnetic abrasive content detector,magnetic force measurement method,oil atomic emission spectroscopy(AE)were used for quantitative determination of oil wear particles at all stages of the test,when the test carried out about 360 h,debris content in the lubricating oil increased obviously,indicated that abnormal wear and tear happened in the diesel engine.Then turned off the machine timely and conducted disassemble maintenance,found that the bearings and other components worn seriously,verified the oil analysis results.Analyzed and compared the characteristics of the above abrasive detection method,provided practical suggestions for debris determination.
