广告灯箱照明用LED大功率条形灯的研究与开发

Research and Design of LED High Power Line Lamps for Lighting of Advertising Light boxes

LED作为固体光源,由于省电、环保等特性,在近年里逐渐成为广告灯箱照明的主流光源。针对广告灯箱照明的特别要求,如灯箱表面照度、照度均匀度等,阐述构成广告灯箱用LED条形灯的主要部件及其形式和特点,并对LED大功率条形灯进行了研究和开发。经试验检测和实际使用表明,该设计产品实现了照度可调,达到了设计目的,为同类照明产品设计提供了参考模式。

As a solid light source,LED has gradually become the main light source of advertising light box lighting in recent years due to its characteristics of power saving and environmental protection.In view of the special requirements of the lamp box lighting,such as the surface illumination of the lamp box and the evenness of illuminance,the main components,forms and characteristics of the LED bar light used in the advertisement lamp box were expounded,and the research and development of the LED high-power bar lamp were also carried out.The test and practical use show that the designed product has realized the adjustable illumination and achieved the purpose of design,providing a reference model for the design of similar lighting products.
