摘要
在微电机行业,转子涂敷前需要进行蒙套压装以保证涂敷的尺寸。通过对压装系统整体、动作流程的规划、夹具、伺服压装机构等模块的设计,使压装系统占地小、运行稳定。卧式蒙套压装自动系统在保证压装尺寸的前提下,提高了生产效率,为电机生产线的升级改造及全自动生产线的推广起到促进作用。
In the micro-motor industry,the armature coating needs to be pressed the mask to ensure the size of the coating before the coating is applied.Through the design of the whole system,the movement process planning,the fixture,the servo press mounting mechanism and other modules,the pressing system occupies less space and runs steadily.The horizontal-type mask press assembly automatic system can greatly improve the production efficiency under the premise of ensuring the size of the pressure loading.It will promote the upgrading of the motor production line and the promotion of the automatic production line.
