摘要 某注塑机溶胶电机转轴在运行过程中发生早期断裂,通过断口的宏观观察、化学成分分析、硬度测试、显微组织观察,找出溶胶电机转轴断裂失效的原因。分析结果表明:注塑机溶胶电机转轴断裂失效原因为非材料原因,多为交变应力施加和应力过载所致。 The early breaking of the rotating shaft of a sol motor of an injection molding machine occurs during the operation.Through the fracture macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,hardness testing and microstructure observation,the cause of failure of the sol motor shaft fracture was found out.The results show that the cause of the fracture failure of the sol motor shaft of the injection molding machine is the non-material reason,which is mostly due to the application of alternating stress and stress overload.
