摘要
根据PCB板自动光学缺陷检测现场的切实需求,设计了自动上下料及自动翻板机构。为实现不同板型不同板边各孔位的智能识别,采用离线板型参数记录仪,自动获取孔位信息,同时计算所需吸盘的个数并调整吸盘分布。机械手结合记录到的离线采集文件,在满足运动节拍的前提下,实现了该机构与自动光学检测系统的良好对接,完成了多层PCB板的全自动检测。
According to the practicable requirements of PCB board defects inspection by automatic optical equipment,the mechanism realized feeding,uploading and flipping was designed.In order to intelligently recognize hole positions on different types and different distance to edges of PCB,off-line board-type parameter recorder was designed to obtain the hole information automatically,and the number of required suckers and their distribution were also determined.Combined with the off-line acquisition documents recorded,the motion rhythm of manipulator could meet the requirement of customer.Double-side defects detection of PCB was completed because of the good connection between the designed mechanism and the automatic optical detection system.
