摘要
以Simatic S7-200smart PLC为控制站,与现场控制网络和上位机单元构成小型分布式控制系统。该系统应用于"高含盐废水深度处理与资源化"中型试验设备中。经实际使用,系统运行平稳,达到了预期使用要求。与同类型其它系统相比,该系统配置合理,部署方便,性价比高,具有一定的推广意义。
With Industrial control network system and industrial computer system,Simatic S7-200smart PLC is built as a mini distributed control system.This mini system has been used on the“Depth Treatment and Resource Utilization Technology of High Salinity Wastewater”Medium-sized test devices.The system has been run normally and achieved the expected control requirements.Compared with the other systems of the similar equipments and industry net structure,the system has the advantages on equipment installation,equipment maintenance and cost-effective.
