摘要
针对工业洗衣机的控制系统要求及原理,对工业洗衣机的控制系统进行了硬件及程序设计。运用变频器程序运行参数的设置和外部端子的连接,实现了工业洗衣机的多段调速,以及斜坡增速和斜坡减速。利用液位传感器来判别高低水位,实现了工业洗衣机的自动化控制。
Aiming at the control system requirements and principles of industrial washing machine,the hardware and program design of the control system of industrial washing machine are carried out.By setting the operation parameters of the frequency converter program and connecting with the external terminal,the multi-stage speed regulation,slope speed increase and slope speed reduction of the industrial washing machine are realized.The liquid level sensor is used to distinguish the high and low water level.The automatic control of the industrial washing machine is realized.
