摘要 针对教学实验室的设备电源无法安全和集中控制,设计了一种集中控制系统。该系统是以STC8A单片机为核心控制单元,基于RS-485网络将教学实验室设备电源连接起来,通过上位机软件发送指令,实现教师机集中控制设备电源的系统,通过ACS712芯片监测负载电流,实现过载控制,解决了实验室设备电源分散单独控制的问题。 A centralized control system is designed for the power supply of teaching laboratory which is unable to be safely and centrally controlled.The system is based on the STC8A MCU as the core control unit.Based on the RS-485 network,the power supply system of the teaching laboratory equipment is connected.The system is sent through the upper computer software to realize the centralized control of the power supply of the equipment.The load current is monitored by the ACS712 chip,The overload control is realized.And the problem of decentralized decentralized control of laboratory equipment is solved.
