近年来,我国炼油技术取得显著进步,为我国炼油技术"走出去"、开拓国际市场奠定了扎实基础;"一带一路"沿线国家发展炼油工业的愿望强烈,资源优势或市场优势明显;未来该地区炼油能力仍将快速增长,且处于油品质量升级及装置结构调整的重要阶段,预计"一带一路"地区将成为我国炼油技术"走出去"的重要市场。在我国炼油技术"走出去"的过程中,需注重一体化"走出去"提升综合效益,突出重点提供差异化技术服务,同时要加强知识产权风险防控,提升风险控制能力。

In recent years,China's refining technology has made remarkable progress,laying a solid foundation for China's refining technology to"go abroad"and explore international market.Countries along the Belt and Road have strong desire to develop refining industry,and have apparent resource superiority or market superiority.That region's refining capacity will increase rapidly in future,entering an important stage for refinery configuration and product quality upgrading.It is expected that the Belt and Road region will become an important market for China's refining technology to"go abroad".In the process for China's refining technology to"go abroad",we should adopt the integrated"go abroad"policy to enhance comprehensive benefit and focus on differential technical service while also preventing intellectual property risk by improving risk control ability.
