摘要
随着国际贸易迅猛发展,中国经济总量持续攀升,国内船舶燃料油的需求逐年增加,带动了国内船供油行业的快速发展。受制于外部环境及内部竞争,近年来国内船供油行业的发展与庞大的港口吞吐量不相匹配。当前,全球环境保护要求不断提高,船舶硫化物排放的国际标准也日益严格。随着国际海事组织2020年新规的日益临近,船用油即将迎来全面低硫时代,低硫船舶燃料油的发展变化关系到每个船舶燃料油的生产者、经销商及船东的切身利益,也将影响今后国内船用油市场格局和资源结构的变化走势,这是中国船用燃料油行业面临的一次新的机遇与挑战。
With rapid development of international trade and China's increasingly large economic aggregate,domestic bunker oil demand increases year by year,which drives the rapid development of domestic bunker oil industry.However,domestic bunker oil industry,subject to external environment and internal competition,still can hardly match up to huge port throughput over the recent years.Currently,international standard for sulfur emission from ships is becoming more stringent along with higher requirements for global environmental protection.With the IMO 2020 new regulation looming,bunker oil is entering a new era of global low sulfur cap.The changed bunker oil regulation toward low sulfur concerns the vital interests of each bunker oil producer,distributor and shipowner,and also will affect domestic bunker oil market structure and resource structure in the future.This is not only a new opportunity but also a challenge for China's bunker oil industry.
