浅析胜利油田推动科技创新创业的路径和措施

On the Approaches to Promoting Technical Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Shengli Oilfield

中国共产党十九大报告指出,创新是引领发展的第一动力。近几年围绕推动创新创业,国家出台了一系列政策。为将大众创业、万众创新落到实处,近两年集团公司出台了一些鼓励创新、促进科研成果转化生产力的措施。在深入研究和借鉴国内先进企业的基础上,结合胜利油田实际和集团公司政策,提出了推进油田科技创新的路径和措施。

Innovation is the primary driving force behind development as stressed by the 19th CPC National Congress report,and now China has a series of policies in place to promote innovation and entrepreneurship.In response to mass entrepreneurship and innovation initiative,Sinopec Group has introduced some measures to encourage innovation and expedite R&D achievements transformation into productivity in recent years.The article,by studying and learning from domestic advanced enterprises,puts forward the approaches to promoting technical innovation in oilfield in line with Shengli Oilfield reality and Sinopec Group's relevant policies.
