摘要
为确定储存时间对硼-硝酸钾点火药点火性能的影响,进行了不同时间的加速老化试验,对加速老化试验后样品进行了吸湿增重、外观形貌、爆热、成分、稳定性等各项理化性能检测分析,并装配5发点火具进行性能测试。研究表明:与硼-硝酸钾点火药原样品相比较,经加速老化试验后药剂吸湿严重,药剂中活性物质随加速老化时间的增长有缓慢氧化现象;点火具点火时间变长,峰值压力降低,点火能力有降低趋势,建议自然储存时间自生产制造日起不应超过5a。
In order to determine the influence of storage time on properties of the boron-potassium nitrate ignition powder,the accelerated aging tests for the different corresponding storage times were carried out.And then the ignition powder was determined for its chemical and physical properties,such as moisture absorption and weight gain,appearance and morphology,explosion heat,stability and so on,meanwhile,five igniters were loaded with the ignition powder which underwent the accelerated aging,and then their properties were tested.It is concluded that,in comparison with the samples of the original ignition powder,the ignition powder which underwent the accelerated aging absorbed moisture heavily,the active material contained in the ignition powder slowly oxidized as the time of the accelerated aging increasing,the ignition time of igniters became longer,its peak pressure was reduced and its ignition ability tended to decline.So,it is advised to storage the boron-potassium nitrate no more than 5 years from production date.
