摘要
传承工匠精神,是时代赋予职业教育的新诉求。而"工匠精神"传承并发扬光大的关键在于高水平专业教师,也就是职业教育名师。近10年来,伴随着职业教育进入以全面提高质量为核心的新阶段,名师成长研究开始成为人们关注的焦点。名师成长的路径各不相同,教师的自主努力固然重要,但是探索中等职业学校名师培养模式,创造名师竞相成长的生态环境更为重要。
Inheriting the spirit of artisans is a new appeal to the vocational education.The key to inheriting and carrying forward the"artisan spirit"is the high-level professional teachers,that is,the professional education teachers.In the past ten years,with the introduction of vocational education into the new stage with the overall improvement of quality as the core,the research on the growth of top teachers has become the focus of attention.The path of the growth of famous teachers is different.It is important for teachers to make independent efforts.However,it is more important to explore the training mode of famous teachers in secondary vocational schools and to create an ecological environment in which teachers compete for growth.
