Risk Factor Assessment of Household Appliances for Vulnerable People

小孩和老人等弱势群体的安全是社会普遍关注的问题,如何在标准工作中进行相关的规定,以便对弱势群体进行保护成为当前标准化领域的一个新课题。但因弱势群体的身体构造以及行为能力有其特殊性,相关的研究起步较晚,还需不断深入。本文通过解读相关案例,阐述当前国标以及国际标准中对弱势群体的关注水平,进一步分析弱势群体可能面临的危害及应对措施,希望引起企业及相关机构在产品设计及标准化工作中对弱势群体保护的重视。

The security of vulnerable people,such as children and the elderly is a common concern of society.How to make relevant regulations in standards so as to protect vulnerable people has become a new subject in standardization field.However,because of the particularity of physical structure and behavior ability of disadvantaged groups,the related research begins late and has a long way to go.Through the interpretation of relevant cases,we expounded the current conditions of vulnerable people in national and international standard,furthermore analyzed the potential hazards and countermeasures that the vulnerable groups may face,and hoped to attract enterprises and related organizations’attention to protect vulnerable people in product designing stage and standardization works.
