介绍IEC 62863《家用和类似用途电理发剪性能测试方法》标准制订过程对市场上常见的电理发剪产品进行分类,收集分析用户体验报告,提出适用全部类型产品共性的指标和特定类型产品个性化的指标,并介绍了剪切能力关键性能指标。
