摘要
仿真技术是利用仿真硬件与软件通过仿真实验,反应系统行为或者过程的仿真模型技术,目前已经在各行各业得到了普及应用;本文是以改善开关温升性能为目标,基于Creo动态仿真软件对开关触点接触过程进行了动态仿真计算,通过与实际测试的结合对比验证了仿真的准确性,然后利用仿真分析与正交实验设计,对触点压力进行优化改善,从而达到改善跷板式开关性能的目的,也为后续跷板式开关的运动分析,性能优化提供了一定的理论依据。
Simulation technology is a simulation model technology which uses simulation hardware and software to reflect the system’s behavior or process through simulation experiments.At present,it has been widely used in all industries.Aiming at improving the temperature rise performance of switch,we conducted the dynamic simulation calculation on contact process of switch contact point based on Creo simulation software,and the simulation result was verified with accuracy through comparison with actual test results.And then,the contact stress was improved by simulation analysis and orthogonal tests in order to enhance the characteristics of switch,and provide some theories for the subsequent movement analysis and performance optimization of switch.
